Contributor biography

Background in clinical medicine and public health research with a PhD from Australian Catholic University (Thesis title: Antimicrobial resistance and urinary tract infections caused by E. coli) and a Master’s degree in Public Health and Tropical Medicine (MPHTM) from James Cook University, Queensland, Australia. Co-author of several peer-reviewed publications focusing on healthcare-associated and catheter-associated urinary tract infections in Australia. Main research focus is implementation science research in the areas of infection control and acute stroke care. Also have expertise in epidemiology and biostatistics.
